Cianjurpedia.com - Acara penghargaan musik di Korea Selatan, Gaon Chart Music Awards ke-11 telah mengumumkan daftar pemenang malam ini.
Gaon Chart Music Awards ke-11 diadakan mulai jam 5 sore KST pada tanggal 27 Januari 2022 dan bertempat di Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium di Seoul.
Trio Jaejae, Doyoung NCT, dan Sieun StayC tampil sebagai MC selama upacara penghargaan berlangsung.

BTS menerima penghargaan terbanyak dalam upacara malam ini. Sebanyak delapan trofi berhasil dimenangkan oleh Jin, RM, Suga, Jimin, V, J-Hope, dan Jungkook.
Keselapan penghargaan tersebut adalah Artist of the Year untuk 'Butter', 'Permission to Dance' dan 'My Universe' dalam kategori musik digital, dan memenangkan penghargaan Artist of the Year untuk 'Butter' pada kuartal ke-3 kategori Album Fisik.
Di antara penghargaan khusus, 'Dynamite' memenangkan Mubeat Choice Male of the Year, Social Hot Star of the Year, Retail Album of the Year, dan Music Steady Seller of The Year.
BTS yang tidak hadir dalam acara tersebut mengungkapkan rasa terima kasihnya melalui video.
IU juga merupakan sorotan utama dari banyak trofi dengan total lima penghargaan. Dalam kategori musik digital, IU memenangkan penghargaan Album of The Year untuk 'Celebrity,' Artist of the Year untuk 'Celebrity' di bulan Januari, 'Lilac' di bulan Maret, dan 'Strawberry Moon' di bulan Oktober.
Dia juga dinobatkan sebagai penulis lirik tahun ini dan produser album tahun ini.

Melansir dari Allkpop, program penghargaan ini akan mencakup musik yang rilis pada tahun 2021. Seperti diketahui, tahun 2021 adalah tahun yang luar biasa untuk genre K-pop, tidak hanya di Korea Selatan namun juga hingga mancanegara.
Upacara penghargaan tahun ini akan menjadi tahun ke-11 bagi penyelenggaraan Gaon Chart Awards, setelah pertama kali dimulai pada tahun 2012.
