Cianjurpedia.com - Single "The Astronaut" milik Jin BTS telah rilis pada hari ini Jumat 28 Oktober 2022 pukul 11.00 WIB.
Seperti diberitakan sebelumnya, Jin BTS berencana merilis single solo pertamanya berjudul "The Astronaut". Lirik lagu tersebut ditulis oleh Jin berkolaborasi dengan grup musik asal Inggris, Coldplay. Begitu pula dengan musiknya.
Jin BTS juga merilis video musik (MV) berdurasi 5 menit 20 detik di kanal YouTube HYBE LABELS pada waktu yang bersamaan. Hingga artikel ini ditulis, MV "The Astronaut" telah ditonton sebanyak 2,5 juta penayangan.

"The Astronaut" merupakan hadiah dari Jin untuk penggemar sebelum dia menjalani wajib militer (wamil). Diinformasikan HYBE sebelumnya bahwa Jin akan mendaftar wamil pada akhir Oktober ini, segera setelah merilis single solonya.
